Joined the propulsion subsystem of LEAPFROG Gen One, a project developing a low-cost landing vehicle able to simulate lunar gravity on Earth
• Investigated the negative effects of propellant sloshing on spacecrafts
• Introduced vertical and ring baffles to improve an existing fuel tank design to minimize sloshing
• Acquired technical skills including computer aided design, 3D printing, Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation, and researching scientific papers
• Shadowed PhD students on a variety of other space-related projects
